Raptured

I was raptured first on Friday night,  I raptured yet again today, Twice.  Tornados.  Never Ending Rain storms.  Tequila, etc.  They said doomsday was a coming, they said it would be like in Apocalypse Now and religious bibles.  But i guess they were all wrong.  Myians don’t lie.  Raptured media below:

He fixes the cable???

Long time no see.  In an exploration in digital media I have decided to make my triumphant return to the land of blog.  Since the last time  I was on this thing, I made my way around this country, partially on my road bike, motorcycle, and saab car.  As of this moment my life has revolved around the cb, fly fishing, and  building trails.  And of course watching the Big Lebowski, drinking white Russians (Caucasians) and Sunday bloody Sundays

mcsomething

The Seinfeldian Principle

I just did a search of the Seinfeldian principles and came up empty handed.  The idea came to me this morning in the midst of a bubble shooter morning game at work.  I realized that my strides in life are to live like the cast of Seinfeld.  I have always been a great admirer of the show and the attitudes expressed towards ideas and people in the lives of George, Jerry, Elaine, and Cosmo.  I realized that my strive to work as little as possible and drink as much coffee as possible directly reflects the strives of the fore mentioned cast.  So i have decided to add this definition to the urban dictionary as a lifestyle off doing nothing and always having an opinion on every subject.

Neistat Brothers

The Neistat Brothers is a new HBO show that features two cinematic brothers and there home movies adventures.  This video is an example of their work but others include biking NYC and motorcycle trips to Maine.   I especially like the stop motion cinematography and the Arcade Fire.

Xponential Music Festival 2010

I was just reading about this on the xpn.org site; July 16-18 all are welcome to stay at my house and check out the Xponential Music Fest being put on by XPN and NPR in Wiggins Park in Camden.  The show will go on for three days and it only cost 50 bucks for the entire thing.  The line up is pretty solid this year featuring Grace Potter who I once challenged to a karaoke contest and subsequently won as she for fitted.  Joining Grace Potter are Philadelphia’s own free energy(meh), the Felice bros, Camel cigarette presents the Walkman again, Yo la tango, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros , Dr. Dog who played a sweet show at the Factory a few weeks ago and Robert Randolph and the Family Band.  Robert Randolph is a bad man who plays the steel guitar.  Check him out here.  More info here. The line is below:

Pretty funny story out in Ohio where 6 story statue of Jesus are a regular thing.  Apparently, if you worship the statue Chad Ochocinco will have a good season, the Browns, Indians, and Cavs will all win championships, and men will be able to beat their wives.  Bobby T will also have a field day with the weakest of fawns.

Every time I am in the great state of Ohio something odd happens and it makes me think of gummo.  This particular story reminds me of Ezekiel 25.17 and the Tarintino film Pulp Fiction. Lets go
